Alyson Medical, a medium sized diabetic syringe supplier; was shifting its marketing efforts away from the web, and into trade shows. After their second year Alyson they decided they needed to create a spectacle to generate more buzz around their booth. Live screen printing was the solution they decided on.

Alison medical reached out to us to inquire about live screen printing. They had been working to grow their customer base in the pharmaceutical industry and after years of shelling out thousands to activate the event, they were seeing very little return on the show investment. Alyson Medical was desperate to stand out at the next tradeshow.

We talked with them about the best live screen printing activation options. This was the first interaction we had with a booth that was interested in capturing leads not just handing out free  souvenirs.  After some back and forth we came up with a layout that would allow Allison medical to capture the attendee info, in exchange for the garment, from there the attendee would move to our station to decorate the garment.

Outcome

The attendance for the booth was better than any of us could have expected. So much so that it became obvious they would need a better cms on the next show to keep up with the interest from guests.

Follow up:
The following year Alyson made sure to lock down a cms system that would allow them to digitally capture a clients name and email on a tablet. Using a mail campaign they could follow up with the potential buyers.

Leads generated from the event have helped them to grow their client base by 300% over 2 years. Absolutely incredible results. This kind of opportunity is not uncommon for tradeshows when live printing is activated
