The Standard is creating a healthy living mecca in Scottsdale Arizona,
Rob came to us with a hand full of designs for screen print he wanted to have men, and women v-necks printed for the staff on opening day. Many of the designs are non traditional and up scale. This graphics consisted of a variation of The Standard logo running vertically up the side of the tees, And a Doctor Seuss Quote on the back.
Print Ready Graphics
The graphics were sent to us via email in .psd format and to scale at 300 dpi perfect art for screen print. We did a quick color separation for the back graphic, threw some registration marks on the art, and the screens were off to exposure. We used a 160 mesh for the white to aid in lighter ink feel on the dark light weight Bella shirt, and a 280 mesh for the orange over print to help cut down on the gloss and deposit the minimal amount on ink on the shirt.
Screen Print Set up
Press set up was simple and quick this was fortunate because we had a three day turn around on this order, The biggest trick was making sure that the white ink wasn’t to heavy, the 160 mesh was the perfect choice to keep the ink deposit as light as possible but still making the white bright.
The shirts are done and we have another happy customer, be sure to grab a bite at The Standard
