This shirt was designed and screen printed with white ink on a black Gildan shirt. This single color print was dynamic yet inexpensive to print. To get a really bright white print we do a print, cure the print with heat, then do a second pass of ink to create the bright white graphic. We also created a half tone ( small dots) to create the effect of gray in the shirt without having to make a second screen.
